Shipping Policy

At NAKS Comfort Solutions, we strive to deliver your premium furniture with the utmost care and efficiency.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of ₹10.00 for standard delivery within our service areas. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your NAKS Comfort furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Period: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
